Integrating our energy with our environment, we are integrating the four elements: earth, water, fire and air.
What part of our physical body will be directly related to these elements? We know, however, that it is so commonplace that we do not treat with mindfulness, so these tips are just to draw our attention to this simple process, that we can bring more awareness, wherever it is, anytime, whenever we get into contact with these four elements and that we wish to exert the integration process to improve the vibration and balance of our energy with all that intense energy we are being bombarded from our Solar System to our planet Earth.
ELEMENT OF FIRE: Our greatest source of fire is the sun. The sun gives us life, transformation, and energy constantly, and the part of our physical body to associate with that energy is our bones. So when in touch: visual, imagination, under the sunshine or literally seen flames of fire, we can think of our bones connecting immediately with their fire energy, bringing it mentally together.
WATER ELEMENT: We all know that a large part of our physical body is composed of water (about 90%). So at any moment, drinking water, taking a shower, walking in the rain, swimming or even taking a shower, our physical body is in contact with water. In the same way, by mentally doing any of these activities, we are bringing water into integration, the source energy into our physicality. Your daily bath can become a ritual and can make the difference in progress to help you balance your energy and increase your vibration.
AIR ELEMENT: The number one source of our lives, before the water and ‘air we breathe, during the time when we are not sleeping is abundant time for us, remember to bring it to our consciousness this process of contact with the air, how often we can remember, including imagining the flow of air into our body will also help to integrate it.
ELEMENT OF THE EARTH: Earth is primarily the source of food, so when we eat, we are in physical contact with Earth energy; When we step on the ground, on the grass, on the sand and on the ground, we are also joining our physicality and all our tissues, are the part of our body to connect us mentally with the energy of the Earth.
The more we integrate ourselves mentally, the more we become aware of our connection to the four elements, the easier it becomes, so that we can obtain the benefit of the high vibration of cosmic energy as well as from Earth. This will help us in our daily lives, establishing more balance and making us feel less density and resistance to adjust with the different frequencies of energies that we are absorbing.
Whether we are aware of this process or not, we are all affected because cosmic waves of energy that reach us, and also Earth, are reaching the process of ascending to a higher frequency of energy and vibrating higher than we have ever experienced before. We can choose to facilitate our own adjustment by applying these simple techniques without much effort and discover how we will feel about it.
