We are living in a great time of transformation and many events are coming from outside ourselves and promoting disturbance of our well-being. What are we doing to avoid this and keep ourselves in a good state of mind and keeping up with enough energy to get all needs met in our daily lives?
One of the basic ways to achieve comfort and let things pass by without hard consequences is to center ourselves and work on our inner being, with the objective of finding peace. When we achieve it we will see things passing by, and realize that it is not us, it is not for us, it is not what means to be.
We all deserve to be in good state. We all deserve to be happy, we all deserve to be peaceful, and from that we will be aligning ourselves with our source of creation helping ourselves, expanding it through our actions and behaviours.
It is how we change our energy’s vibration, shifting it from worries, concerning, stresses, which are low frequencies to a higher frequencies with will come from peace. Once we learn this mechanism and feel it around our body and in our emotions we will be able to manage it, throughout each of our breathing process.
How to do it? Where do I start from?
Find your own way, the one which will suit you better. It can be finding few minutes of solitude in your daily basis; finding a few minutes tape meditation; yoga exercise; tai chi practice; or simple seating quietly in a park, at the beach, in your garden, in contact with the nature, even though in your bedroom with all electronics off, seating or laying down doing nothing, but practicing to let your thinking/mind to go away for few minutes, with the intent to feel peaceful in this moment.
