For some reasons, I believe it is for the right person, at the right time, we are receiving instructions from our colleagues, members of our communities, groups of souls, through synchronicity and our own intuition, and higher selves.

These affirmations were created for all people, dedicating themselves to raise frequency, and develop spirituality to bring positive changes in their daily lives, and contribute to the Collective Energy and Evolution. In the morning and before falling asleep are the best moments for: reflections, meditations, relaxation. It is the time when we can easily let go of our daily worries. Good thoughts, affirmations, prayers or even a telepathic conversation with whom we would most like to be welcome and work more at least at the beginning, until we get accustomed, doing then in this time of our day. In fact, today, when we refer to the energy that we are currently living in, these are the moments in which we will be closer to connecting with the next dimension, through our higher selves, of what we are preparing for. For example: as we are working to leave the 3D and advance to 4D, and for many even reaching 5D. This is not to say that these practices would not work any time of the day you choose, but we already know that this schedule is more appropriate for this kind of work. Consistency and persistence will also help improve the results to be achieved.

Sometimes we forget that we receive free will, and it is valid in all realms: or here in our 3D life on Earth or Above and beyond the veil that still separates us from our source. Therefore, it is for been respected and in respect of where this gift came, our Creators (father and mother) that we have to declare, as we give permission (therefore you need to be confident and mean it from heart) and so declare that it is our pleasure, and we are open to receive what is reserved for us, so that we may continue with our evolution. Also, it cannot be just a statement, why? It is because we need to bring our energy into balance and for that we need to hear our own voice, feel it in our heart, and mentally replace the old beliefs that have been recorded in our brain for so long and need replacing. It is a work to be done with our 5 bodies, bringing everything in balance and alignment: mental, emotional, physical, ethereal, plus our light body. It is a practical exercise, given to us to use, if it resonates with us here and now even to go forward and unfold the steps in our path. Set a deadline of 30 days, do it twice a day, and watch what happens to you later. It will be great to listen to those who are willing to do this work and share their experiences in our group.

I am grateful for being constantly helped to release all my limits in my 3D life, which may be dragging me on the contrary direction.

Thank you for helping me to raise my vibration and frequency so that I can reach my highest potential in this present life. I now call upon my Divine Power of Creation to manifest all that I do, all that I am, all that I will be for my highest good and for the highest of all that is.

I am grateful for everything that was and is, and for everything that will be in my life.
