SIMPLE STEPS TO MAKE THROUGH DIFFICULT MOMENTS
We are infinite and the times and circumstances we are going through are just moments within our infinite. Thus, we will create moments, simple moments during the present circumstances and moments for us, when things seem more difficult. As co-creators, creating our present, past and future realities, we can play an important role for ourselves and everything around us. It is to create balance, emotional, mental, physical and energetic. Here are some techniques that we can use. They are simple, but with great results to help us to transmute, transform and co-create a better reality for us and consequently for everyone. Anyone can do it and, as individuals, we will work energetically together, regardless of where we are on our planet, we can contribute to the collective of everything around us.
When you feel you are: tired, stressed, low on energy, sad, worried or with some kind of feeling that does not seem appropriate, do it:
1) Stop what you are doing for a few minutes;
2) If possible, it is best to take your feet off the ground; or exactly where you are imagining yourself in nature.
3) Focus on breathing, disconnecting from everything;
4) Release the mind and the physical body and concentrate only on breathing;

7) It is very useful when you are afraid of something. Fear is a very negative energy and can cause anguish in your physical and mental body, decreasing your self-defense in all aspects.
8) Much of the fear energy that you have absorbed comes from written and spoken words, images, that we are all surrounded by. So, avoid letting the energies enter your field. (Avoid the news from the main broadcast; if you feel someone in a negative mood and is not very excited, it’s okay to leave).
9) Protect yourself with an imaginary bubble of white light every morning and night, before falling asleep.
10) Before going to sleep, at least half an hour, you stop watching television, calling, contacting other people, media, and clearing your mind, so you can sleep soundly and restore your energy while you sleep, improving your immune system. body.
11) It is important to look after your physical space and body with the most clean as possible, and take the basic care recommended by your health practitioner.
