Thoughts are energy and carry power in it. So if you work with your simple mind, you can progress from a frequency state to the highest. You can test yourself by just looking at your heart wrists. In the same way, you will feel emotionally good, balancing your frequency, and in that case, you will increase it. This will bring your heart into a state of joy and peace.
