Since the 90s, when Ekart Tole released the book “The Power of Now”, he is known, and certainly used his teachings by many. By 2009, his book reached three million readers in the US, and was translated into 33 languages around the Globe. One of his techniques that he taught anyone can apply, and if done with persistence at the beginning, will work very effectively. Thanks to E.Tole for this ever.
The idea is to work on the process to bring energy to the “now” moment and use this basic practice to improve balance and raise our frequency. I have used this principle in the practical way since I learned and helped me all the way here and how much we can achieve from there; which we will mention later.
This is the first small goal that we focus on here: the goal of emptying the mind. Because? Because after that, many other techniques have been developed, such as “mentality,” then “mastermind,” “positive affirmations,” which are all great tools and ways of improving our lives, but bringing energy into the present moment and the point starting point for a job that will bring ‘easier and greater results.
Think of it this way: if we have a drawer already full and we need to put the new things in it and if we cannot empty it before refilling it, what will happen? This means that even if we can do it, the journey will not be smooth, and the results will not be the best if we learn to empty it before putting new things in, things will be much more pleasant and the process will had become richer for us.
We have referred here in previous videos that this exercise of living in the now is one of the basic tools to learn to eliminate obstacles that today do not help us to increase our frequency. To reach it, we have to train our minds to have what we want to have, and it is as if we were able to recycle what happened voluntarily, and not to keep what does not serve us. And we need what serves us, and so we can make changes mentally, as is the beginning of everything. For example, if we are having negative thoughts and are reflecting negatively in our lives, in a few minutes we can change, if we detect them and let them go, and when we enter our present moment it is easier to let go, because we will have fewer filters which are in our conscious minds. Otherwise, it will require more energy from us until we can dissipate, or even fail to do so.
How do I learn? First, we need to be determined and have persistence, as we all know that good things require our efforts and patience.
Let’s apply a goal paper S.M.A.R.T here:
Specific: empty my mind; getting as much as possible with nothing in my mind
Measurable: I will try for at least 15 minutes 3 times a week; or every day
Achievable: 15 minutes it is time for me to be free to do so.
Realistic: I can only do it 3 times a week.
Set time: I will do this for 21 days.
Now: how is the way to do it?
Choose the time that best suits you; choose a quiet place where you can stay in silence, comfortable and not be interrupted during the time chosen. Concentrate on your breathing for as long as it takes for your physical body to be completely relaxed.
1) Start focusing on your mind, when thoughts come into your mind just let it pass, do not feed. It will not be easy at first, and maybe in 15 minutes, you’ll get a second with nothing in your mind, or even you will not be able to calm it on the first try, however, it’s already part of your training. You intend to empty it, so you will establish a small internal battle. It will drain your energy a little. It’s hard mental work, but remember that you will learn a fascinating new skill, which will surprise you with your results;
2) Remember to do it as a fun mental game. Take this as a new adventure within your inner world.
3) Do not fall down, be patient, persistent and gentle with yourself;
4) Imagine that you are cleaning your “hard drive” and dealing with your ego, you easily imagine that you are preparing to make a backup in your database, so you create less mental resistance, as you still unconsciously do not Are you sure you want to let your content disappear.
5) Imagine it feels like “I’m about to get a new” hard drive “to be filled with new programs: upgrading it to its new, more upgraded version for your higher well being“
If on your first try you cannot concentrate on your mind, it may be because you are unable to relax your physical body to connect with your mind, then:
1) Bring your attention for a few minutes to each part of your physical body, one by one from the top of your head to the tip of your toes, then you are already working to be physically present. You will feel more relaxed physically and you, then you have already begun to practice to control your mind in a good way.
2) Use your imagination traveling an imaginary line through your muscles, tissues, bones, internal organs, also counting on breathing in and out until you feel comfortable.
3) So you remember your attention: at this point you may already have lost your mind: this is what you are looking for: NO THOUGHTS. You feel in energy, in your breath, and you do not perceive your physical body, because you are completely relaxed.
This is the first step and meaning to live in the moment now. This will give you a much healthier way of living with all your bodies: physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies.
This technique will help you start a new journey for you, and once you reach this basic step, you will be starting a new foundation to change your life forever!
