Do YOU want to know what love is? Would you like to feel the energy of your self-love? Today is a beautiful day! And I feel good!
It was a tremendous storm, with lightning and thunder striking in the sky, the wind is blowing hard, the clouds are black, and I have to go there because I have work to do and I have to go through it and be there.
But how anyone can say it is a beautiful day, and feel good about it?
But I have to leave the kids at school, I have a morning tea with my friend, I fixed my hair and now I have to face this terrible weather, how I can feel good about it?
Today is the grand finale of the football, I cannot miss it. The weather forecast says it will be a downpour just as the match time starts. How can I feel good about it?
What’s going on here? Where is it all about? What is more important?
If you go to an important meeting, or you will wash your dishes, you just feel good about it.
And are you feeling good right now?
With feeling you are being moved by, right now?
Why is it important to think, learn and understand? What matters what is going on outside; you just want to feel good! So what if you look out and still see lightning striking in the sky; the wind blowing over you; pouring water over his head; what matter who you are going to meet; what you will do next. What really matters is that you want to feel good! Right here and now!
Yeah, so what does all this have to do with love? I do not know! But I say I hear and sometimes even feel a good energy, but that is all! And is it all around beautiful?

Bring your attention to your body; move a little to feel comfortable while you are reading bring your body and your mind with your words, focus on your breathing, use your mind to turn around all parts of your body, starting from its head down to your neck, shoulders, arms, hands, fingers, and I feel it going heavy and relaxed, keep your breathing in and out, hold a little breathing, feel the air travel within your body, keep your attention on your body, now the chest, back, move down to your lower back, abdomen, then her thighs, knees, calves, feet, toes, and feel your body relaxed, is to be kind to their inner space, feel the air traveling within you gracefully and easily, now, feel your arms holding you, do not think of anything right now. Just get involved, like a big hug from your best friend, one of those you do not see a long, long time; feel that hug; tell yourself: ah! That’s nice! Ahhh! Enjoy this feeling, let just be this time, for a few minutes and tell you in your mind that you are glad to find it again, touch it and feel that you are together; Tell him/her that you are present, and very grateful, feel this joy, this peace and this happy moment.
Now slowly bring back your sense, your body to where you were before, take a deep breath, count to three and then slowly go back to your reading.
How are you feeling? Do you feel good? And what matters is “BE”

It’s huge, it is invaluable and it is essential: to see the love; to feel the love that resides within ourselves. So give some attention to your best friend. Invest quality time her/ him. Love this best friend you have, it’s YOU!
And then you can say you know what love is because you felt! Feel it for yourself, and only thus will be able to see it and feel it everywhere. Self-love is an essential energy of high frequency, which brings us to a state of joy, peace and fulfillment.
